Blueprintr
Blueprintr is a full-stack operations workspace for agencies and consultants, combining clients, projects, quotes, proposals, contracts, invoices, payments, reporting, team roles, and branded documents in one streamlined business system.
Overview
Blueprintr is a business operations platform built for agencies, consultants, studios, and freelancers who need one place to manage the full client-work lifecycle. It brings together client records, quotes, proposals, contracts, project tracking, invoices, payments, reports, team settings, and branded document generation inside a single workspace.
Challenge
Service businesses often rely on disconnected tools: spreadsheets for clients, separate apps for invoicing, document folders for contracts, and project boards for delivery. This creates duplicated data, weak visibility into revenue, unclear project status, and extra admin work when moving from a quote to a project, then to an invoice and payment.
Solution
I built Blueprintr as a connected workflow system where each stage of client work flows into the next. Users can create client profiles, prepare quotes and proposals, collect signatures, convert accepted work into projects, manage milestones and tasks, generate branded invoices and receipts, accept Stripe payments, and track financial performance through dashboard and reporting views.
The app includes authentication, organization settings, role-based access, team invitations, document branding, public signing pages, payment handling, notification preferences, audit/activity tracking, and Supabase Edge Functions for backend workflows such as payments, emails, reminders, AI assistance, document generation, and signature recording.
Results
Blueprintr became a production-style SaaS application with a complete operational backbone rather than a simple dashboard demo. It demonstrates end-to-end product thinking across CRM, project management, billing, reporting, secure integrations, document automation, and multi-user team workflows.
